EFT Externships and Core Skills training are designed for counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists and other mental health professionals who want to learn Emotionally Focused Therapy. The Externship is the foundation training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and focuses on working with couples in distress. Participants may be interested in working with couples but not have started yet or they may be experienced at working with couples and be interested in how Emotionally Focused Therapy can improve their client work.
Structure/Content: Registration starts on the 1st day at 8.30 a.m. to finish 5.00 p.m. The following 3 days will run 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m., with an optional Home Group from 8.25 - 8.55 a.m.
On completion of the 28 hours of training participants will receive an Externship Certificate of Attendance. You will also be eligible to join ICEEFT and have your information put on their directory and then will be able to become full members of the British EFT Centre and have your information on this directory.The next Externship running in person in England in 2024 is:
